It is time to get for us to get our act together! No more of that, "I'm starting my diet or exercise plan tomorrow."   What are you waiting on? The time is now. Years will have passed and you will still be, "starting tomorrow."

What you probably need is a big kick in the butt. Seriously! I gave myself a big kick in the butt in February 2010. You see, I was one of those people who would go to the gym a couple of times a month. I was fairly active, and always monitored my weight, so I was complacent. But that was a bunch of junk. I was not living my best life. Here it is: Go Big or Go Home!

When you're in the gym, don't even waste your time with shortcuts. If you made it to the gym, you might as well make it count. Push yourself and don't half-step. You are only cheating yourself . You deserve more than that.
